What to know before our arrival
Please clear delicate tabletop ornaments and small floor objects from the work room before we arrive.
We need one dedicated parking space or permit close to your entrance for our equipment van.
A typical single-room stone or timber appointment takes between four and six hours on site.
Settlement is handled on completion by bank transfer against our written invoice or in cash.
Before you book
How do you calculate your service quotes?
We provide a fixed, written quotation based on the specific dimensions of your rooms, your flooring materials, and upholstery condition. We never add unexpected equipment fees or travel surcharges on the day of the appointment.
When and how do I pay for the work?
Payment is made only after the service is fully completed and you have walked through the home with our lead technician. We accept direct bank transfer on the spot or cash on delivery of the service.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel your booking without penalty by notifying our desk before 14:00 on the business day prior to your visit. We will gladly arrange an alternative morning or afternoon slot.
What happens if a carpet spot reappears after drying?
We maintain a clear 30-day revisit policy. If an existing mark reappears once the fibers are fully dry, simply call our workshop and our technician will return to re-treat the area at zero additional charge.
