Final quotes are calculated from square meterage, accessibility, and current surface condition. Our quote includes labour, machinery, professional solutions, and surface protection: there are no surprise extras added on the day.
Payment methods
We accept payment in cash once the work is inspected, or by electronic bank transfer against our bill. We never collect payment card information on this web platform.

Invoicing
An itemised invoice is delivered to you by email immediately upon completion of the work. If you prefer a physical printed paper copy, our technician will hand it to you before leaving.
Deposits and materials
For standard residential visits under five hundred pounds, we do not require any advance deposit. For larger projects or off-site rug consignments exceeding that figure, we may ask for a twenty percent booking deposit to reserve workshop time.
Late payment
Invoices are due upon completion or within seven days for pre-approved account holders. Overdue accounts after fourteen days may incur a simple statutory interest charge of eight percent above the Bank of England base rate.
